Writing Task
You recently bought a product online (choose any product) and it arrived damaged. Write a formal email to the company's customer service department. Describe the problem, explain what you want them to do about it, and include your order details.

Writing Tips
- •Use a formal greeting: 'Dear Sir/Madam' or 'Dear Customer Service Team'
- •State the purpose of your email clearly in the first sentence
- •Be polite but firm - avoid aggressive language
- •Include specific details: order number, date of purchase, product name
